Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Alpha & Omega Beauty Spa, LLC. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, clarity, and the best possible experience for our clients and staff.

Appointments & Deposits

• Deposits may be a flat fee or percentage of the service total and will be applied toward the final balance.

• The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

• Appointments without a deposit are not guaranteed.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be restricted from future bookings.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit will be forfeited.

• If service time can be adjusted to accommodate lateness, results may be affected.

Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Service fees are non-refundable once a service has been performed.

• If you experience an issue with your lashes within 48 hours, please contact us. At our discretion, a complimentary touch-up may be offered.

Aftercare & Retention

• Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided to ensure the best lash retention.

• Alpha & Omega Beauty Spa, LLC is not responsible for poor retention due to improper aftercare, natural lash shedding, or personal lifestyle factors.
  
  

Health & Safety

• Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes.

• If you have any eye infections, irritation, or medical concerns, you must reschedule your appointment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if a client’s health or safety may be at risk.

Children & Guests

• For safety and to maintain a relaxing environment, guests and children are not permitted in the treatment area unless receiving a service.
